I am a passionate facilitator, coach and lifelong learner, helping individuals and groups develop compassionate leadership practices and inclusive communities. I believe curiosity, creativity and joy are essential elements in the learning process, and am committed to creating spaces where people are seen, heard, and valued, so they may in turn create that space for others.
With over 15 years of experience in intercultural and international education, my work is dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves and others in order to engage more mindfully, effectively and authentically with each other.
When not working, I’m exploring the natural world in all seasons: walking, running and other moving meditations — and have an insatiable curiosity for what lies around the next corner, especially hand-in-hand with my young son.
Previously, I managed learning and development programs at the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) for employees in over 40 countries. I have lived and worked in Senegal and France, and hold a master’s degree in Education and a B.A. in International Relations and French.
